Nice and simple - almost like a cup cake without the paper cases. These cakes are light and airy but with the crunchy contrast of the nuts.

Ingredients

  • 55 g/2 oz chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 2 tbsp water

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4. Lightly butter a 12 hole bun tin.

Melt the chocolate with the water and set aside.
