Ingredients: 175 g/6½ oz flour and ½ tsp cream of tartar and ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda and 1 tbsp cocoa, sifted together; 115 g/4 oz hazelnuts, chopped; ¾ tbsp dark rum; 115 g/4 oz chocolate - grated or very finely and evenly chopped; 2 eggs; 225 g/8 oz sugar; 85 g/3 oz butter, softened; 2 large ripe bananas - mashed not processed as this will turn the banana to liquid
