This is an original concept and quite simple to make, also relatively light and effective to eat. The fettucini can be made in advance and then re-heated with care before serving.

Ingredients

Chocolate Crêpes

  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml/4 fl oz single cream

Method

To make the crêpes

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and whizz until smooth. Sieve mixture into a bowl or jug and allow to rest for 30 minutes

Smear an 18 cm-21 c
