Ingredients

  • 115 g/4 oz prunes, stoned and roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp brandy

Method

Soak the prunes in the brandy for at least 20 minutes. (You can speed up this process by heating gently in a microwave and leave to stand for 5 minutes.)

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6. Boil the kettle for a bain marie. Butter 6 dariole moulds or ramekins.
