Michel Trama owns and runs l’Aubergade, a 2 star Michelin restaurant in the heart of the Dordogne truffle country, at Puymirol. Its external wall is unremarkable but inside is a baronial hall, all timber and plaster some 500 years old. His chocolate puds are also remarkable.
