Ingredients: 1 tbsp chopped pistachio nuts; 1 tbsp chopped Brazil nuts, (about 3); pinch lemon zest; 2 tbsp cocoa powder; 100 g/3½ oz butter, diced; pinch orange zest; 2 tbsp sugar; 2 tbsp water; 1 small organic or free range egg - note this is uncooked; 4 tbsp milk; 2 tbsp double cream; 100 g/3½ oz dark chocolate, melted; 1 tbsp Grand Marnier; 1 dtsp butter; 1 dtsp sugar

This brings back a romantic memory of many moons ago, too long ago to recall with any comfort, except that this pudding was one of the first of my encounters with real chocolate and is memorable for that too.
