This is to die for, and once mastered it is relatively simple and quick to make. However, you need a bit of practice and to follow a few basic rules. Using smaller quantities doesn’t really work but it keeps for at least 7 days in the fridge - some people like it even more ‘mature’ - and if you have any over, it freezes like a dream.
It is great with all sorts of fruit, custards and ice creams.
