Lemon and Chocolate Tart

Now, I love the combination of chocolate and lemon and this recipe has taken many attempts to get the lemon and chocolate custards to the same ethereal texture. Not many of my chef friends believed in the idea of this recipe but the results have proved my imagination right. The lemon and chocolate custards create the most unexpected and wonderful contrasts on the tongue. I hope you enjoy it.
