To Make the Dulce de Leche

  • Immerse the two unopened cans of sweetened condensed milk in simmering water and leave them to simmer for 4 hours. Remove from the water and allow to cool to room temperature.

To Make the Coffee Ganache

  1. Combine the cream and ground coffee in a saucepan.
