  • 80 g ( oz) unsalted butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to moderate 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). Heat the butter in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Cook, covered, over low heat for 5 minutes
