  • Just under 1 lb. of popped corn
  • 3 eggs
  • pints

Method

Put the popped corn in a basin, cover with the milk and let it stand for about 1 hour. Beat up the eggs and the sugar, add them to the corn and milk, add a pinch of salt, and bake in a buttered dish in a moderate oven till the pudding is firm.
