Melon and Cheese

Kavun ve peynir

A popular summer snack or nibble, delicious sbith wine, raki or cocktails. Use a ripe honey-dew or galia melon and, if you cannot find beyaz peynir, replace with a moist feta. Cut both the melon and the cheese into bite-size cubes and place them side by side on a plate. Using a fork or small sticks, pick up a piece of melon with a piece of cheese and enjoy the refreshing flavours.
