Method

Another delightful dip, brightly speckled with dried apricots, served on its own with bread or as part of a selection of meze. Beat 3-4 tablespoons of süzme with 4-3 chopped dried apricots, 2 cloves of crushed garlic and salt to taste. Mix well, and eat fairly soon after making it as the apricots soon begin to absorb the moisture from the yogurt.
