The malty, sour taste of vine leaves lends itself to many dishes (for how to prepare). Here cubes of beyaz peynir or feta are simply wrapped up in vine leaves, threaded on to kebab skewers and grilled over hot charcoal. The crispy-coated vine leaves and melted cheese are then immediately eaten with lemon squeezed over them.
