Dandelion greens are one of the most nutritious leafy vegetables. Alone they have a slightly bitter flavor, but when they are mixed with red onions, kishk, and olive oil, they are absolutely delicious with a peppery bite.
You can cut the dandelion and onion several hours in advance. Refrigerate separately. Serve as directed.
