Layers of fillo dough wrapped around ground almonds scented with orange blossom water, this crunchy treat will quickly become a favorite around your home. These sweet crispy fingers are easy to make and are absolutely delicious.


Specialty Ingredients

  • Fillo dough, found in most grocery stores or specialty markets (my favorite brand is Apollo); and mazaher (orange blossom water), found in specialty markets or online.


    Prepare Ahead

    You can bake these days in advance. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for several days or refrigerate for several weeks. Serve at room temperature. Unbaked fingers can be frozen for several months. Freeze on a plastic-lined tray, then transfer to an airtight container. Thaw in the refrigerator, then bring to room temperature. Bake as directed.
