You can bake these days in advance. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for several days or refrigerate for several weeks. Serve at room temperature. Unbaked fingers can be frozen for several months. Freeze on a plastic-lined tray, then transfer to an airtight container. Thaw in the refrigerator, then bring to room temperature. Bake as directed.
