THIS IS MY FAVOURITE Nam Prik — the saltiness of the duck eggs marries well with the heat of the chillies and the sourness of the lime juice. It is good eaten with lots of Yam Pla Fuu (Crispy Fish Salad) and Muu Wan (Sweet Pork) and fresh vegetables such as savoy cabbage, cucumber and green beans.
