This moist, flavorful cake from Kim Anderson, former pastry chef at the spectacular Ritz-Carlton on the Gulf of Mexico in Naples, Florida, is one of the best in this collection. It’s similar to a sour cream coffee cake but is made with yogurt instead, and with a small amount of whole-wheat flour. The brown butter glaze really makes it.
Because it’s so moist, this cake keeps well. You can also bake it in 2 loaf pans; timing is included for both pan sizes.
