A tart with an interesting and piquant flavour. The courgettes gain definition when grated and squeezed and the dill tangoes with the feta. The nut topping gives it that extra something we are always looking for, in cookery and in life. Good as a first course or an informal main course, with a leafy salad drenched with something like the hazelnut oil and orange dressing.
