Achiote-Rubbed Pork Chops

If you ask my mom what Munchkin’s favorite food is, she will always tell you achiote pork chops. In fact, I can’t make these delicious chops in my house without being reminded that this is my mom’s recipe and that hers are the best. Munchkin cuts me no slack, no matter how good my version is!

Serve these chops with pineapple-mango salsa and shredded red cabbage as in the photo here. Or serving them up with Tabasco Gre
