Garbanzos (chickpeas) are one of my mom’s favorite ingredients. She loves to drop them into unorthodox dishes, which changes not only the flavor profile of those dishes but the texture as well. My mom’s adventurous home-cook spirit has inspired me to push my own culinary boundaries.
