  • 1 stick Mexican cinnamon
  • 2 cups (370 g) uncooked long-grain white rice

Method

  • In a small saucepan, combine 2 cups (480 ml) of water with the cinnamon. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let the liquid cool completely.
  • In a
