Adrian’s Cheladas

On a girls’ trip to Zihuatanejo, Mexico, I ordered a michelada and instead was given this brilliant version, which is in the same family, but I’d never had the pleasure of drinking it before. A sweetheart of a gentleman named Adrian made them for us and I lost my mind! It was incredibly refreshing, bright, and almost felt good for me in an electrolyte-type of way. I’ll tell myself anything to justify one more beer .... It is the most perfect drink for a hot day, and so I asked Adrian if he’
