Latinos are very particular about their coffee–strong and sweet is the rule, and this is both. Think of it as espresso with a kick. Milk is very optional.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons finely ground Espresso coffee beans
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1

Method

Combine the coffee granules, sugar, and water in a small bowl. Whisk with a fork to make a paste. Divide the paste among 4 coffee cups and pour the hot espresso over each. Sip and enjoy.
