Ingredients

  • 1 cup lavender flowers and seeds, dried
  • 1 cup sweet herb leaves, dried

Method

Gently mix together all the ingredients, taking care not to crush the flower heads. Cover tightly and leave in a warm place for 2-3 weeks until the scents have blended together. Transfer the pot-pourri into a shallow bowl, lined basket or pot.
