Ingredients

  • 3 teaspooons Earl Grey tea
  • 3 sprigs lemon verbena
  • 1.2 l

Method

Measure the tea and lemon verbena into a heatproof jug and pour on the boiling water. Stir and leave to infuse for 5 minutes then strain into another vessel and allow to cool. Sweeten to taste with honey, if desired, then cover and chill. Serve in stemmed glasses with ice cubes.
