This makes a beautiful, tasty snack that hits all the spots and is very quick and simple to make. The ‘cheese’ takes about 30 minutes to make, but keeps well in the refrigerator, in the same way that store-bought soft cheese keeps, for about a week. I like to use this ‘cheese’ as it contains only pure, simple ingredients, but you could also use a store-bought ‘melting’ vegan cheese, if you prefer.
