This is an easy, refreshing starter or anytime snack. The combination of the colourful leaves, green and black olives, and buttery avocado is pretty and appetising as well as delicious.
Make the dressing: combine the ingredients in a glass jar with a lid and shake, or whisk together in a cup or small bowl.
Divide the salad leaves between serving plates, then top with the avocado slices and the green and black olives. Drizzle a little dressing over each plate and serve.
