I absolutely love miso, and this instant broth is one of my favourite ‘pick-me-ups’. It makes a great portable instant lunch. I like either barley or brown rice miso; they’re pure, clean-tasting and delicious, and keep for ages in the refrigerator.
Crumble the wakame into a lidded mug or cup, add the miso and put the lid on.
When you’re ready to eat, pour in some freshly boiled water and stir to combine. That’s it!
