Of course you can buy pizzas – even vegan ones – pretty well everywhere these days, but there’s something very satisfying about making your own, and it’s really easy.
To make the dough, put both of the flours into a food processor with the salt, yeast and olive oil and process for 30 seconds. With the motor running, gradually add the warm water through the feed tube of the processor, to make a soft dough. Leave to rise in the processor, with the lid still on, for about 45 minutes until doubled in size.
