This was one of those recipes that happened by accident when a recipe went wrong but the result was absolutely delicious! They are very quick to make, especially in a food processor.

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 and line an 18 × 27cm (7 × 11in) Swiss roll tin with baking parchment.
