These scones are easy to make, freeze well and thaw quickly – if you warm them in the oven for a few minutes they taste freshly-baked. They are delicious served with jam and vegan whipped ‘cream’. Eating them instantly transports me back to the wonderful holidays my sister and I spent staying at our great aunt’s house in Rock, Cornwall, where we had to be on our best behaviour!
