These are made from the liquid strained from canned chick peas, named ‘aquafaba’. Amazingly, it whisks up just like egg white, and it can then be made into the most delectable meringues. You’ve got to try this!
In a large, grease-free bowl with an electric mix, or the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk the aquafaba for 10 minutes, until the mixture has stiff peaks. Add the vinegar and whisk for one mi
