Method

Whisk in 1 to 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon roasted garlic that has been mashed to a paste. This is great on spicy greens such as arugula or watercress and delicious as a marinade for plain broiled or grilled chicken. Rub it on and allow the meat to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
