Mustard and tarragon are a classic French combination of flavors. Use this to marinate and baste grilled or roasted chicken, pork, or fish. This is enough marinade for up to 2 pounds of boneless chicken, meat, or fish.
Whisk all the ingredients together. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
