Mojo, a Caribbean-inspired marinade and sauce popularized by chefs working in the pan-Latin arena, adds bright flavor notes to almost anything you grill. Since the citrus gives it lots of acidity, do not overmarinate meats or fish. I love this for grilled asparagus.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse to form a smooth mixture. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
