  • ¾ cup dry white wine

Method

In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients, with ½ cup water, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, partially covered, for 10 minutes. Cool, strain, and store covered in the refrigerator indefinitely.
