  1. 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  2. ½ cup fresh orange juice
  3. 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  4. 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  5. ¼ teaspoon crushed red chile flakes
  6. 1 teaspoon peeled and very finely minced fresh ginger
  7. 1 teaspoon sugar, or to taste
  8. 3 tablespoons olive oil


Combine all the ingredients and shake, whisk, or blend in bursts to emulsify and thicken. Adjust the seasoning to your taste. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
