  • 2 teaspoonspeeled and finely minced fresh garlic

Method

Combine the ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in a blender and pulse briefly. Add half the chilli sauce, the fresh lime juice, and enough stock to achieve the desired consistency, and pulse a couple of times more. Taste and add additional chilli sauce to your own taste. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
