6½ -ounce jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
3tablespoons chopped poached garlic
⅓cup freshly shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
3tablespoons chopped fresh basil or parsley leaves or a combination
⅓cupmayonnaise, homemade if possible
Combine the artichokes, garlic, cheese, and herbs in a food processor and pulse several times to chop very finely Add the mayonnaise and process to fully combine. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
