  • 9 oz/250 g wholemeal flour
  • ½ tsp salt

Method

Sift the flour and salt together, dissolve the yeast in the water, and knead together to form a soft dough, adding a little more warm water if necessary.

Cover the dough, and leave to rise in a warm place for 2 hours.

Divide the dough into 3 pieces, and roll or pat each out into a rou
