  • 1 pt/600 ml milk
  • 2 tbs plain flour

Method

Beat the flour into the milk, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring continuously, then leave to cool.

Beat in the remaining ingredients, bring to the boil while stirring, and pour into a dish.
