  • 4 oz/100 g eating apples, peeled and chopped very finely
  • 3 tbs rice flour

Method

Beat all but the apples into the almond milk, boil together for 2–3 minutes until thick, stirring continuously, remove from the heat, stir in the apples, pour into a dish, and sprinkle with a little sugar and ground cinnamon.
