  • 3 thick slices white bread, prepared as toasted sops
  • 8 oz/225 g

Method

Fry the onions in the oil until pale gold in colour, then add the wine, bring to the boil, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Heat the almond milk, pour over the sops in a dish, and pour the onions on top.
