Barberries
- 1½ cups/225 g dried barberries
- 1 clove garlic, peele
Method
- For the barberries: Clean, wash, and dry the barberries.
- Sterilize a ½pt/240g Mason jar in boiling water, then drain and dry thoroughly.
- Place the barberries, garlic, and golpar in the Mason jar.
- For the brine: Place the vinegar and salt in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil ove
