Pancakes with Strawberry Jam (Jelly)

One of the things I love about this recipe is the fact that it’s my grandmother’s favourite dish in the whole wide world, and at least once a week, she has pancakes with strawberry jam for dinner – how cute is that? My beloved grandmother is now 92 years old, so these pancakes have clearly done her a great deal of good!

We already have the tradition in my little family of enjoying pancakes at least once a week, normally on Friday or Saturday. We love to have them with a large spoon
