  • 5 Green Cardamom

Preparation

THE TOMATOES: Wash and chop.

Cooking

Heat ghee in a handi, add whole garam masala and saute over medium heat until it begins to crackle. Add boiled onion paste, saute for 2 minutes, add ginger and garlic pastes and saute for 30 seconds. Then add red chillies, coriander powder, turmeric
