Preparation

THE CHICKEN: Clean, remove the skin and cut each into 16 pieces.

THE MARINATION: Mix the ginger paste, garlic paste and salt with groundnut oil in a tray and rub the chicken pieces with this marinade. Keep aside for at least 30 minutes.
