  • 2 White Marrow (450 g/1 lb each)
  • Ghee to deep fry

Preparation

THE MARROW: Remove stems, wash, peel and cut the ends. Core the length of each marrow, leaving ½-inch walls to form tubes.

THE MARINATION: Mix all the ingredients and rub the marrow—inside and out—with this mixture. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

THE FRYING: Heat ghee in a kadhai and deep fry the marinated marrow over medium h
