A preparation of Pakora-gramflour dumplings—simmered in a yoghurt-based gravy.
THE YOGHURT: Whisk in a bowl, add gramflour, red chillies, turmeric and salt, mix well.
THE VEGETABLES: Peel, wash and cut potatoes and onions into ¼-inch thick roundels.
